EXTRA COSTS FOR DISTANT AREAS & OVERSIZE GOODS

  1. Island & Highland Postcodes
    Some postcodes located in islands or highland regions attract extra shipping fees due to the
    complexity of delivering to remote locations. These additional costs will show up at checkout
    once you provide your delivery area.
  2. Bulky Item Shipping
    Certain items that are especially large (e.g., extended broom handles) may need a dedicated,
    pricier delivery service. Any associated surcharge will be displayed clearly at checkout.

BASIC POSTAGE OPTIONS

  1. Complimentary Shipping
    o Orders over £50 within the UK often qualify for free delivery, making your
    purchasing process more economical.
  2. Under £50 Orders
    o A standard fee applies to orders below £50, calculated at checkout based on product
    size, weight, and your location.

CARING FOR HAZARDOUS ITEMS
Some goods fall under hazardous categories and therefore must follow specific safety regulations:
1. HazChem Delivery
Products identified as hazardous (e.g., certain chemicals) require a HazChem service, which
incurs an additional fee.
2. Notifications at Checkout
If your basket includes items tagged as hazardous, the HazChem cost is made clear before
you finalise the order.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently deliver across mainland UK, including island and highland postcodes (potentially
subject to extra charges as explained). If you’re unsure about any particular region or wish to discuss
special shipping needs, please reach out to our team.

MONITORING YOUR SHIPMENT
Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your
parcel’s progress and plan for its arrival.

POLICY ON RE-DELIVERY
1. Incorrect Address
If you provided the wrong delivery address during checkout, please email
customerservices@AutoChemex.com promptly with the correct information.
2. Return & Resend
In cases where orders come back to us because of repeated failed delivery attempts or an
invalid address, we’ll wait until the goods return to our warehouse before scheduling
another dispatch. Any re-delivery fees apply as follows:
o Paid Delivery: We’ll charge the same rate again.
o Free Delivery: If your initial shipping was free, the standard paid fee for your
postcode will be used for subsequent deliveries.
